Sifu Sonya Richardson is just one of the many amazing women who will be teaching at ST'08. She has almost twenty years experience as both a martial artist and a physical therapist. She utilizes her knowledge of biomechanics in combination with a motivational style for a safe and physically well rounded teaching and training approach appropriate for a variety of student skill levels and abilities.
